                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO EXECUTE 
                   AN AGREEMENT WITH CONSOLIDATED TECHNOLOGIES, 
                   INC., RELATIVE TO DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION 
                   MANAGEMENT AND RESIDENT PROJECT REPRESEN-
                   TATIVE SERVICES FOR THE UPGRADE OF THE 23RD 
                   STREET PUMP STATION, FOR A CONSIDERATION OF 
                   ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-FIVE THOUSAND, FOUR 
                   HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($135,400.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to execute an 
       Agreement with Consolidated Technologies, Inc., relative to 
       design, construction management and resident project 
       representative services for the Upgrade of the 23rd Street Pump 
       Station, for a consideration of $135,400.00.
